We’re delighted to let you know that the Sage 50 Accounts v29 is available to download for customers. Since it was released on the 30th of January 2023.
What's new?
Sage wants you to get the most from Sage 50, so they’re making it even easier to get support wherever you are in the software. They’re introducing an enhanced in product help feature, giving help when needed, how its needed and without needing to leave the software.
Managing cashflow is at the heart of business success. With that in mind, they will be adding partial payments and early settlement discounts to enhance the payments acceptance experience. Additionally, with Invoice Finance from Satago*, they are offering fast, flexible finance directly from Sage 50.
With Sage50 v29 you can Benefit from:
- New help feature, allows access our award-winning support customers love, at the click of a button. If you’re not sure and need support or just want to know a little more, click Help and we’ll do the rest.
- Managing cashflow is key to business success. We’ve introduced partial payments and early settlement discounts to enhance the payments acceptance experience. Additionally with Invoice Finance from Satago*, customers can ease cashflow from unpaid invoices.
- Time saving tools, we’ve an improved search facility and Gross column on batch data entry screens. You can also customise your data by adding analysis and email fields to customer and supplier records along with increased product description fields.
What About BatchRecorder And LocationRecorder?
We’ve been working hard to bring the Sagev29 support to our BatchRecorder and LocationRecorder.
From the 30th of January you might get a pop-up in Sage about the update. When you do, don’t automatically go to update because you will need Batch/Location to be updated first.
So if you are using BatchRecorder or LocationRecorder you will need to contact us to get those updated to the latest version so Sage v29 is supported and they will also come with some extra updates which we can’t wait to show you.
